guarantees or commitments from Zeminix will become void.
For the purpose of providing our services, you agree to:
● Provide Zeminix with FTP and other backend access as required for SEO and web
optimization.
● Grant Zeminix permission to communicate with third-party web designers or developers
as necessary.
● Allow access to your website traffic statistics for analysis.
● Authorize the use of your brand assets, logos, and website content for marketing, SEO,
and advertising purposes.
● Provide additional content if required to improve website performance. Content creation
services are available at an additional cost.
● Zeminix is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by
clients.
● Clients must not disclose proprietary or confidential information received from Zeminix
without written consent.
● Clients must not publicly criticize Zeminix, its employees, or services on public forums,
social media, or blogs.
● Breach of confidentiality will result in legal action and financial damages payable to
Zeminix.
● All materials, content, and strategies provided by Zeminix remain our intellectual
property.
● You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content for commercial use without prior
authorization.
● Zeminix reserves the right to use client projects, web designs, and case studies in
marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
● All services must be prepaid before commencement.
● Subscription fees are charged automatically until canceled by the client.
● Clients must submit a written cancellation request via email at least three (3) days
before the next billing cycle.
● No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for cancellations made after the billing
period begins.
● Zeminix does not offer refunds on any services or subscription fees.
● No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused portions
of a plan.
● Clients must review service features and limitations before purchasing. Refund requests
based on misunderstandings of the service will not be entertained.
● Zeminix provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee specific results, rankings, or
performance improvements.
● We are not responsible for third-party actions, algorithm updates, or external factors
affecting website performance.
● Clients acknowledge that SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple variables
beyond Zeminix’s control.
● Zeminix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services.
● Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by
the client in the last three months. ● Zeminix provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee specific results, rankings, or
performance improvements.
● We are not responsible for third-party actions, algorithm updates, or external factors

● Clients acknowledge that SEO and digital marketing results depend on multiple variables
beyond Zeminix’s control.
Zeminix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for
reviewing the latest version. Continued use of our services after modifications implies
acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
Bedform, MA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bedford, MA.
